ViewSonic V901 with a smartphone product-based operating system Windows Mobile 6.5 ViewSonic V901 uses a 624 MHz Marvell PXA310 processor. Memory 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. This V901 have wide screen size 3.6 inch 480 × 800 touchscreen display and 5 megapixel camera.
ViewSonic V901 CDMA EVDO Rev.A supports 3G network. The phone is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, microSD card slot makes it easy memory expansion and GPS support. ViewSonic V901 Windows Mobile phone also has feature TouchWiz UI. ViewSonic will release in China, the phone will come in Q4 2009.
