Sony VAIO T-series Charming and Style Ultrabook

Sony strengthens existence in the laptop market. Sony debuts first Ultrabook VAIO T Series. Two models of ultrabook laptops the VAIO T-series hit the market, each VAIO T11 and T13. Number in the series shows amount of screen that owned, the T11 brings 11.6-inches screen while the T13 carrying 13.3-inches widescreen.

An ultrabook laptop combines performance, security, light and elegant form factor in its class. Has a dimension which is very thin, less than 20 mm on the thick side. Instant-On mode will make it ready to use within seconds after turned on, in this case Sony employs Wake Rapid + Eco technology. Using the processor type of ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) which makes high-performance with a long life battery enough to use on the activity.

Two VAIO T-series are made with the protection of the best material combination of magnesium and aluminum. As the ultrabooks, Sony VAIO T11 and T13 are thin, lightweight and powerful laptop. While for the innards, although several other companies have launched some laptops with Intel’s latest 3th generation of processor “Ivy Bridge”, Sony still build the VAIO T11 and T13 with Intel 2nd Generation “Sandy Bridge”. Sony only revealed specification of 13.3-inch models that build with Core i3-2367M CPU combined with 4GB of RAM and Intel HD 3000 for graphics. For data storage devices using solid state drive or a hybrid system HDD/SSD.

The battery on the VAIO T Series are claimed to supply power for up to nine hours duration in SSD models only and can last up to 90 days for stand-by mode. The Sony’s Ultrabook will go on sale this month. Unfortunately not yet known how much it costs.
