Google Nexus Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Smartphone incoming?

Information about Google Nexus smartphone dubbed ‘Nexus Prime’ seems to have been leaked. According to BGR, it could be this is a phone made by Samsung that had previously created a Google Nexus S. The phone will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and also seems to be displaying “AMOLED Super HD” screen. While the processor will come with the OMAP4460. Possibly launch in late August to early September together with other manufacturers who use the Ice Cream Sandwich on their smartphone products. Ok, we’ll wait.
