Dell entered the smart phone market is a step that a computer manufacturer into a new business. TouchScreen phone made by Dell has been introduced in China, the State with a population of more than 1 billion has become the first watch Dell Touch Screen mobile phone. The phone is named Mini 3 and the phone using Android operating system. Looks like Dell will make the State of China and Brazil as the first market for mobile phone product.
Dell will market its products through Dell’s Partner in China is China Mobile. China Mobile is the largest mobile phone company in the world, with half a billion customers. While in Brazil, this phone will be sold through Claro a leading wireless company in Brazil. No mention when Dell smartphone will be marketed in the United States.
Especially for China, Dell is not equipped cell phone with Wi-fi, this is to adjust to China’s state policy that has blocked Wi-fi facility. Dell likely will adjust the phone specifications made in accordance with State policy places sell this phone. This can be seen with Dell for the Chinese mobile phone is not equipped with Wi-Fi as one of the standard smartphone features.
