Acer Iconia is a tablet or a mobile phone? the question is now answered in the MWC Barcelona because in this event Acer showcase their products, we call this device with name “Tablet Smartphone”. It is seems not excessive because it is based on the screen at 4.8 inches diagonally, with 1024 × 480 with aspect ratio of 21:9. This super-wide format which means you actually get elongated form factor.

Taiwanese companies also complement the existing processor with 1GHz Snapdragon inside plus 8Mpix Camera with LED Flash that will be able to record 720p video. Other features are a 2-Megapixel front camera, 8 hours of talk time, Dolby Mobile sound, Ultra-fast high-speed connectivity via HSDPA, WiFi N, Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR, HDMI-out, DLNA, and Acer Iconia use Android Gingerbread as Operating System. Unfortunately no words about Acer Iconia price and availability.
